Supports the maintenance of provider contract or demographic data.Required Qualifications1-3 years' related customer service experienceStrong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Exposure to business segment specific policy, benefits, plan and product design and language.Working knowledge of business segment specific codes, products, and terminology.Preferred QualificationsExposure to provider relationsWorking knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid benefitsWorking knowledge of QNXT, EPDB, SCM and Claim Central (EDI) systemEducation: Associate's degree or equivalent work experienceAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
