Shift & Work Schedule Options: 8-Hour & 12-Hour Shift Variations Available.

• Option 1 (Evening): Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (8 Hours/Day)
• Option 2 (Night): Monday – Friday | 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM (8 Hours/Day)
• Option 3 (Day/Mid): Monday – Thursday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (8 Hours/Day)
• Option 4 (Weekend Day/Evening): Saturday – Monday | 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM (12 Hours/Day)
• Option 5 (Weekend Day/Evening): Sunday – Tuesday | 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM (12 Hours/Day)
• Weekend & On-Call Requirements: Weekend shift coverage required (per assigned schedule option) | On-call duties required (details discussed during interview)

Compensation & Agency Fee Structure:

• Hourly Base Pay: $30.00+ / hour (DOE).
• Shift Differentials: Available for evening, night, and weekend schedules.
• Permanent Placement Fee: 20% of first-year base salary.

Position Overview & Clinical Scope:

A leading mobile diagnostic imaging service provider in the Charlotte region is seeking a Permanent Mobile Radiologic Technologist to deliver portable X-ray and EKG services to nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and direct-care residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobile Diagnostic Imaging: Transport, unload, and set up portable Digital Radiography (DR) or Computed Radiography (CR) equipment to capture diagnostic X-ray images ordered by physicians.
• Image Transmission: Process and transmit completed diagnostic X-rays electronically to Radiologists for timely interpretation.
• EKG Testing: Perform EKGs as needed and transmit results to Cardiologists for evaluation.
• Documentation & Logistics: Daily scanning of exam-related paperwork and billing records per protocol; maintain clear communication with dispatch and management teams.
• Equipment & Vehicle Care: Safely operate and maintain assigned company transport vehicles and portable imaging hardware.

Candidate Submission & Qualification Requirements:

Licensure & Certifications:

• ARRT Certification: Active certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) [REQUIRED].
• State Licensure: Active North Carolina Radiologic Technologist License / Compact License eligibility [REQUIRED; limited licenses not accepted].
• Driver's License: Active, valid North Carolina Driver's License in good standing at all times [REQUIRED].
• Health Compliance: COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemption requests evaluated with supporting documentation).
• Dual-Application Restriction: Candidate must not have applied directly to the facility prior to agency submittal.

Physical & Operational Demands:

• Must be capable of pushing, pulling, and maneuvering portable equipment weighing 50 to 100+ lbs (utilizing vehicle ramps and pulleys).
• Pushing/pulling forces of 50+ lbs occur frequently throughout the shift (16 to 24 times daily).
