Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are embarking on an exciting initiative to redefine how our enterprise visualizes, understands, and discovers its internal platform capabilities. We are evolving our existing platform from a static, generated catalog into a live, AI-enriched capability map. This dynamic ecosystem will power interactive chatbot experiences, provide strategic roadmap insights, perform automated gap analyses, and generate graph-oriented knowledge outputs.

As a Software Engineer on this team, you will work at the intersection of frontend product engineering, Python-based data processing, hierarchical data modeling, and AI integration. Your mission will be to translate complex, nested business capability structures into intuitive, highly visual, and trustworthy user experiences, while applying rigorous engineering discipline to AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Interactive UI Development: Build, optimize, and extend rich React-based user experiences for capability map exploration, advanced search, filtering, implementation scoring, and visual discovery

• Hierarchical Data Engineering: Design and refine complex data-shaping and tree-building logic to power fluid, nested hierarchical UI experiences and map navigation

• AI & Knowledge Base Integration: Integrate evolving enterprise Knowledge Base APIs and AI-driven services directly into catalog workflows and interactive chat discovery interfaces

• AI-Assisted Quality Assurance: Validate AI-assisted code generation, dynamic UI generation, and complex data transformations with rigorous engineering standards

• Modern Architecture & Best Practices: Work within a modern micro-frontends module architecture in a monorepo environment, integrating seamlessly with Orchestrator and backend APIs

• Engineering Excellence: Actively contribute to testing, build reliability, deployment automation, UI experimentation, and engineering best practices

Requirements

• React Master: Strong production experience with React 19, modern component patterns, and complex asynchronous UI workflows

• Interactive UIs & Data Structures: Proven track record building highly complex, interactive user interfaces (e.g., graph editors, workflow/diagramming tools, low-code canvases, or canvas-heavy applications)

• State Management: Exceptional skills in managing frontend state, including React Context + reducer patterns, and managing interaction history (such as undo/redo states)

• Performance & Performance Metrics: Passionate about Web Vitals, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and continuous UI experimentation

• Data-Heavy Applications: Solid experience developing search-and-discovery interfaces with multi-layered filtering across nested hierarchies and taxonomies

• API Integration: Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs, STOMP/Websockets, and real-time, backend-driven content sources

• Testing: Practical experience writing reliable unit and integration tests with frameworks like Vitest, Playwright, or equivalents

• Emerging Tech: Hands-on experimentation with Generative UI patterns and Model Context Protocols (MCPs)

• Adaptability: Comfort working in an evolving environment where AI capabilities, system tools, and business requirements are continuously expanding

• Collaborative Communicator: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to bridge technical realities with business stakeholder groups

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $120,000 - $135,000.
