Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. - Experience in telemetry and sheaths. Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit. This unit specializes in caring for patients who require close monitoring and advanced treatment. The typical patient ratio is 3-4 patients per RN. The staff consists of RNs and Patient Care Technicians during both day and night shifts. Common procedures performed include post EP lab and post cath lab care. The ideal candidate will be flexible and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Charge experience is preferred for this role. Float to all Med Surg and all step down units may be required as needed. Candidates must be prepared to work 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.
