About the Facility:


Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in San Jose known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed-whether you're a new grad or seasoned PT.



Compensation & Benefits:


- Estimated Rate Range: ≈ $50 - 60/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location
- Full-Time Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO , and more

Key Responsibilities:


- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations



✓ Qualifications:


- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CA License (or eligible to obtain)
- New grads and experienced PTs welcome!
- Strong communication and time management skills
