Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify and understand clients' mental health needs, customizing treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide therapy services utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy, catering to individuals, families, and small group sessions.

• Work in concert with psychiatrists, case managers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring comprehensive strategies are in place for holistic treatment.

Your work will primarily serve individuals exhibiting a wide range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, substance use disorders, and more. You will work with clients from various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, relying on your skills and cultural competence to build therapeutic relationships that foster trust and promote healing.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven cultural competence and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by clients from diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Organizational acumen and proficient time-management skills to ensure timely documentation and follow-up.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on community mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
