Landscaping General Laborer
About the Role We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscaping General Laborer to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, love being outdoors, and want to be part of a crew that gets things done — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns to a professional standard
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees; lay mulch and sod
- Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, blowers, and trimmers
- Load and unload materials and equipment safely
- Maintain job sites clean and organized throughout the day
- Follow crew leader instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Assist with irrigation, grading, and other landscape projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of landscaping or outdoor labor experience
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
