Position: J9 Directorate Action Group (DAG) Support Lead
Location: Columbia, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Required Experience

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree)

• Minimum 8 years supporting large organizations or complex programs

• Minimum 3 years of personnel management and experience partnering with senior leaders

What You’ll Do

• Provide expertise in service strategy, policy coordination, and operational planning

• Review and analyze documents, prepare comments, and coordinate decision memoranda and legislative inputs

• Oversee internal task management systems (WMS, ETMS2, JIRA) across the directorate

• Draft and coordinate point papers for J9 leadership

• Brief Directorate leaders weekly on priorities and task status

• Prepare leadership for upcoming engagements and ensure deliverables are completed

• Support development of cyber-related concepts of operation and doctrine

• Serve as liaison to Division leadership to improve business processes and develop SOPs

• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams and collaboration efforts

• Compile staffing requirements and coordinate hiring actions

• Support PMO data calls, monthly reporting, and forecasting activities

 

Preferred Experience

• Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline

• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint (including permissions management)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience working closely with senior leadership in collaborative environments
