Job Title: Sales Representative – Construction (Windows & Doors)
Location: Montgomery, AL
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $17-$24/hour (+Commission)
Commission structure: High earning potential, with commissions often making up 50% or more of total compensation

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in construction, project management, and window & door solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants the opportunity to significantly increase their income through performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop new sales opportunities within residential and/or commercial construction markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Manage client projects from initial consultation through final installation
• Provide expert recommendations on window and door products based on client needs
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts
• Track and manage sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in sales (construction or home improvement preferred)
• Background in project management, with ability to oversee jobs from start to finish
• Knowledge of construction processes, especially windows and doors
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
