In-Home Sales Closer – Clear Flow Water
(Residential Water Filtration Systems | Pre-Set Appointments Only) Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000+ (Commission-Based)
Leads Provided: Yes – 100% Pre-Qualified, Pre-Set Appointments
We are looking for a closer — not a prospector, not a door knocker.
Your job is simple:
- Show up to pre-set, qualified appointments
- Diagnose the homeowner’s water issues
- Present the solution
- Close the deal on the first visit
No follow-ups. No chasing. No “let me think about it.”
This is a one-call close environment.
- Run 2–3 in-home appointments per day
- Average 15–18 appointments per week
- Total of 60–72 appointments per month
- Perform water testing and educate homeowners
- Present Clear Flow Water filtration systems
- Close deals same-day
You’ll do very well here if you’ve sold:
- Bathroom remodels
- Roofing / windows / HVAC
- Kitchen remodeling
- Any in-home, high-ticket sales
If you understand:
- Building trust quickly
- Controlling the conversation
- Handling objections in real-time
- Asking for the sale confidently
