End to End recruitment, from writing to successful candidate on-boarding Developing research strategies, and source active and passive candidates from recruiting channels, not limited to online databases, job boards, events, and employee referrals Advising hiring managers and staffing management on market trends and relevant candidates, participating in interviews process and delivery in time manner Building recruiting marketing strategies and initiatives includes: building high-quality content, events, programs to attract top tier candidates Develop or use existing tracking systems, metrics and reports to demonstrate the successful lead generation of candidates throughout the different stages and make data-driven decisions to optimize hiring processes Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes
