Key Skills & Expertise Needed
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess strong hands-on experience in the following core areas:
1. Platform & Environment Management
- Multi-Org Administration: Experience managing multi-org landscapes.
- Salesforce Clouds: Hands-on experience across Public Sector Solutions (PSS) , Experience Cloud , Service Cloud , and Sales Cloud .
2. Configuration & Automation
- Advanced Flow Automation: Building, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex Salesforce Flows and process automations.
- System Customization: Configuring custom objects, fields, page layouts, and minor data model adjustments.
3. Security, Governance & Compliance
- Access & Security Controls: Expertise in user provisioning, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, and sharing models.
- Audit & Governance Standards: Maintaining adherence to enterprise security, audit, and governance compliance standards.
4. Data Management & Analytics
- Data Hygiene: Managing duplicate prevention, data cleansing, and overall data quality maintenance.
- Reports & Dashboards: Designing custom reports and interactive dashboards to deliver business insights.
5. Release Management & Delivery
- Environment Management: Preparing sandboxes, executing deployments, and managing releases.
- Agile Framework: Working within Agile/iterative delivery models.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional Salesforce Administration experience (Public sector experience preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required)
