Program Director

Momento USA is a global technology consulting, talent acquisition, and creative development firm that addresses clients' most pressing needs and challenges. We are currently looking for a Program Manager/Director.

Job Title: Program Director

Location: Manhattan NY (Hybrid 3 days a week to office)

Duration: 12 Months with extension

Role Summary: Provides executive-level leadership and onsite accountability for the full engagement, spanning the Product, .NET Engineering, AI & Data and DevOps pods. Owns delivery against the Statement of Work, manages the client relationship, and ensures onsite and offshore teams operate as one integrated program.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery, scope, schedule, budget, and quality against the SoW
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for client executives and stakeholders
• Lead governance cadences including status reviews, steering committees, and planning sessions
• Manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Coordinate pod leads and the Delivery Manager across onsite and offshore teams
• Oversee resourcing, onboarding, buffer resource usage, and capacity planning
• Track financials, including utilization, forecasts, and invoicing alignment
• Drive continuous improvement and escalate and resolve cross-pod blockers

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT delivery, with 5+ years managing large multi-pod programs
• Proven experience leading blended onsite/offshore teams
• Strong background in software engineering, data and AI programs
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation and stakeholder management
• Experience with SoW-based, fixed-price or T&M engagement models
• PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification preferred
