Service Parts Rep

Duties & Responsibilities Order parts with local parts dealers and OEM dealerships. Attend to all service technicians and service advisor’s parts work orders. Provide clear and accurate estimated time of arrival and any additional information regarding special-order parts. Ensure special orders are promptly received and notify internal and external customers accordingly. Secure return parts, properly tag and sort parts, and promptly return to source. Maintain parts storage area in a clean and well-organized fashion. Education and Training High school diploma or GED required; postsecondary education or coursework desired. Knowledge and Experience Parts provisioning experience in automotive repair environment. Strong computer and internet skills (multiple platforms). Skills and Abilities Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record. Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills. Team-oriented with an energetic positive attitude and self‑motivation. Strong verbal and writing skills and ability to communicate fluently.
