Job Title: Account Manager

Reports to: Operations Manager

Position Overview

Cross Creek Grounds Management is seeking a highly motivated and personable Account Manager to ensure superior service and satisfaction for both our clients and team members. This role is critical in maintaining quality standards in the field while fostering strong relationships with customers. The Account Manager will serve as the key point of contact between clients and our operations team, ensuring timely communication, exceptional service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management


  • Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and professional communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

  • Address and resolve client concerns and service needs quickly and effectively.

  • Quote, schedule, and coordinate additional service requests and enhancement jobs.

Team & Operations Oversight


  • Conduct daily site visits to crews to monitor quality and ensure proper execution of services.

  • Collaborate closely with Production Managers and Crew Leaders to adjust schedules, resources, and workflow as needed.

  • Maintain organized schedules and service routes across multiple properties.

Service Quality & Performance


  • Ensure all scheduled services are completed on time and to the highest standard.

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of grounds maintenance and landscape operations.

  • Uphold quality control standards across all job sites.

  • Think creatively to solve on-the-job challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and groundskeeping best practices.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in the use of landscaping equipment and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

  • Natural leadership and management abilities with a team-focused mindset.

  • High level of organization, punctuality, and dependability.

  • Positive attitude and commitment to representing Cross Creek professionally.
