Assistant Catering Director

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support daily catering operations with excellence, urgency, and professionalism
• Take ownership of by ensuring needed inventory and staff are available to complete catering orders
• Ensure catering orders are accurate, timely, and create an exceptional guest experience
• Coach, encourage, and hold team members accountable to high standards and deadlines
• Help grow our catering business by building meaningful relationships with new guests
• Help fulfill our mission to Be Better, Be Second and exemplify our values (positivity, growth, ownership, ambition, leadership)

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
