This role acts as the central point of communication between customers, movers, and management, ensuring smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Schedule and assign moving crews, drivers, and vehicles for local and long-distance moves Coordinate daily routes and adjust schedules as needed due to delays, traffic, or customer changes Communicate job details, addresses, and special requirements to moving teams Monitor job progress and provide real-time updates to customers and management Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries regarding scheduling and service status Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues quickly and effectively Maintain accurate records of jobs, crew assignments, and delivery times Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transportation laws Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to confirm bookings and service details Assist with billing, job documentation, and closing out completed moves Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred) Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or moving industry preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency with dispatching software, GPS tracking systems, and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) Knowledge of local geography and routes is a plus Key Skills Time management and prioritization Attention to detail Customer service orientation Decision-making under pressure Team coordination and leadership Work Environment Office-based role with frequent communication via phone, email, and dispatch systems May require early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts depending on business needs Compensation & Benefits (customize as needed) Hourly wage or salary (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans (if applicable) Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr JULIAN EIAN JUEL MOVING AND CLEANIN
