Post Approval CoordinatorEmployment Schedule: Part-time, 25 to 30 hours per weekWork Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 5 to 6 hours per dayAnticipated Shift: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.Work ArrangementThis is a hybrid position with the following schedule:Monday through Wednesday: On-site in Franklin, WisconsinThursday and Friday: RemoteMust be able to meet the on-site requirements of the position.Position OverviewThe Post Approval Coordinator is responsible for obtaining, reviewing, and preparing the documents and forms required to move insurance policies through the post-approval process and prepare eligible documents for electronic signature through DocuSign.The coordinator communicates primarily by email with financial representatives, field staff, and internal business partners. Typical requests include explaining established processes and procedures, reviewing documents to ensure they are complete and in good order, resolving missing or incorrect documentation, preparing documents for electronic signature, and responding to status inquiries.The coordinator is accountable for understanding each request, managing assigned cases, using available resources, and determining the appropriate course of action or potential solution.This is a back-office position with no phone-support responsibilities.
