Facility Technician

The Facility Technician position requires a strong background in electrical motors, controllers, and electrical trouble shooting. Position Duties: Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, and evaporative coolers. Maintain and repair plumbing systems, fixture, drains, and water lines. Repair, patch, texture, and finish drywall surfaces as needed. Perform interior and exterior painting to maintain building appearance. Respond promptly to maintenance request and complete work accurately. Requirements: The ability to weld in a plus. Maintain a workplace with daily housekeeping and clean up after job completion. Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with company and OSHA standards. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Hours of Operation 7:00 to 3:30 M-F, with the occasional weekend.
