We are hiring an Experienced Pool Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in pool cleaning, pool maintenance, equipment repairs, and troubleshooting. The right candidate will be dependable, professional, and able to manage a service route while delivering quality work to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential and/or commercial swimming pools
• Test and balance pool chemicals
• Skim, brush, vacuum, and inspect pools during routine service
• Troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, valves, timers, salt systems, and other pool equipment
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on pool equipment
• Identify larger repair needs and report them to management
• Maintain accurate service notes and job records
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicle organized
• Follow company safety procedures and service standards

Qualifications

• Previous pool service experience required
• Experience with pool equipment repairs and troubleshooting preferred
• Knowledge of water chemistry and pool equipment systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Able to lift supplies and equipment as needed
