Customer Support Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

This position performs a number of administrative support and customer service tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office environment. Specific duties and responsibilities may include but not limited to:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate Greeting customers, vendors and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel Monitoring and ordering inventory and supplies for the office Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, faxes, mail and packages Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation Receiving and dispatching customer orders Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment Provides accurate and timely information to customers Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns Partners with the office team to meet and exceed customer service expectations Serves as an administrative assistant to employees in the office

Strong organizational skills and excellent follow-through Strong attention to detail and time management skills Timeliness and promptness with attendance, assignments and correspondence Show initiative to continue learning and develop skills Ability to assist all departments with administrative duties as needed Uphold Dooley's Petroleum Inc.'s policies and procedures to meet company standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

Administrative Assistant or Receptionist in a busy industry and office environment 2 or more years of customer service experience required Proficiency with Microsoft office applications is expected

PHYSICAL REQUITREMENTS:

This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Employee is mainly sedentary.
