Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all financial and accounting operations.

• Oversee general ledger maintenance and financial reporting.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.

• Monitor cash flow and financial performance.

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.

• Support payroll accuracy and related accounting functions.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain and improve internal controls and financial processes.

• Coordinate internal and external audits.

• Prepare management reports and financial analysis for leadership.

• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with department leaders to support business objectives.

• Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required.

• Experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar senior accounting position.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and general ledger accounting.

• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.

• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.

• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and audit procedures.

• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
