What You’ll Do:
· Respond to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints
· Resolve issues with orders, delivery dates, or service
· Resolve client complaints by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· 2+ years of client service experience
· High school diploma required
