What You'll Do
- Greet showroom guests and build genuine relationships with local community members.
- Guide customers through their furniture and home decor buying experience, offering expert style and layout suggestions. Helping them solve their needs!
- Master product knowledge across our showroom lines to help customers find exact solutions for their homes.
- Process sales transactions, follow up with past clients, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from purchase to delivery.
- Maintain an inviting, beautifully arranged showroom environment.
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for helping people.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Drive, self-motivation, and an eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work weekends and high-traffic sales periods (when the earning potential is highest! xhyhwjd ).
- Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus—but a positive attitude is our #1 requirement!
