As a Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service to residents and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license that meets Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access points, verify visitor and vendor entry in accordance with residential community procedures, and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout residential common areas, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Document daily activities, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: At least two years of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card or license is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
