QUALITY ENGINEER

We are seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance and process optimization for our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end quality procedures, conduct rigorous inspections, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement, resolve non-conformances, and maintain top-tier product standards. Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee quality control procedures to guarantee the consistent production of high-quality metal tubing products. 
• Conduct thorough inspections of materials, in-process components, and finished goods to assess compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing and engineering teams to identify areas for process improvement.
• Analyze production processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Lead investigations into product non-conformances and customer complaints. 
• Utilize various quality tools and methodologies to perform root cause analyses, and work with cross-functional teams to develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain and update quality-related documentation, including inspection records, test reports, and standard operating procedures. 
• Ensure adherence to all relevant quality management system requirements and certifications.
• Utilize statistical techniques to analyze data and monitor key quality metrics. 
• Generate reports and present findings to management to support data-driven decision-making.
