Accounting Manager (Hybrid) Seattle WA, Hybrid Salary $110,000 - $135,200 DOE This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys owning the close process, leading audit activities, improving processes, and making an immediate impact within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities For The Accounting Manager Role Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Oversee general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP. Coordinate external audits, support regulatory reporting requirements, and assist with tax compliance activities. Strengthen internal controls, document accounting procedures, and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. Partner with finance leadership on special projects, forecasting support, reporting enhancements, and operational transition initiatives. Qualifications For The Accounting Manager Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA a plus. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with expertise in financial reporting, general ledger accounting, month-end close, and audit support. Strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, ERP system experience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
