The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa - Wyndham Grand Hotel is currently seeking an outgoing, professional, and energetic Front Desk Agent. Open availability required Responsibilities: Check guests in and out efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Answer guest questions and provide information about the hotel and local area. Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner. Ensure all guest billing and account information is accurate. Help create a pleasant guest experience by informing guests about hotel amenities and services.
