About the Role Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team Responsibilities Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress Qualifications Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided) Experience working with children Reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification Paid training PTO Full-time and part-time positions available Company Description Budding Futures is a Denver-based ABA provider that comes to your home instead of asking you to drive your child to a center.
