As a key member of our Ventilator Care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care to ventilator-dependent patients, including assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes

• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures

• Monitor and maintain patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to inform clinical decisions

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomes

• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care, teamwork, and professional development

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey

• Strong understanding of ventilator care principles and practices

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
