Project Manager

Job Title

Manage IT-related aspects of office relocations, facility buildouts, warehouse implementations, renovations, and real estate initiatives.

Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, resource forecasts, and project documentation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, and business stakeholders.

Lead project execution through the full project lifecycle, from planning and approval through deployment and closure.

Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation paths to ensure successful outcomes.

Drive proactive communication and transparency across leadership and project teams.

Utilize project and portfolio management tools to maintain project health, reporting, resource planning, and governance standards.

Identify opportunities to accelerate timelines, improve processes, and increase project delivery efficiency. Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure solutions are properly planned before execution
