YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As a Customer Service Representative, you will start by answering the main office line, setting the tone for the day with outstanding customer support. You will coordinate closely with Estimators, Project Managers, and Foremen, capturing important information and entering it into Contractor Foreman Projects. You will be managing and crafting schedules, keeping sub-contractors in the loop, and updating all stakeholders on project progress. Your day will unfold with organizing vital project data, handling financial tasks, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly. Through every interaction, you will be the key link between clients and teams, helping to exceed expectations and drive project success. Here's what we need from you: Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, Contractor Foreman, and OneDrive Experience in reporting, data entry, and customer service Typing speed of 60 WPM or more Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Patient, people-oriented, highly ambitious, and outgoing Effective communication skills
