Duties and Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation-related equipment issues. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions to restore operations safely and efficiently. Inspect equipment regularly and identify potential problems before they lead to costly failures. Install, modify, and maintain manufacturing equipment, tooling, and production support systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to perform repairs and maintenance tasks. Assist with equipment upgrades, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimization projects. Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation of repairs and inspections. Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and company policies while performing maintenance activities. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing performance. Support facility maintenance needs, including lighting, compressed air systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while helping to promote a culture of safety throughout the facility.
