Director of Operations
GPAC Staffing
Provide leadership and direction for all plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Sanitation, Warehouse, Shipping, and Milk Receiving. Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute operational strategies that support business objectives and long-term growth. Build, mentor, and develop leadership teams while creating a culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Drive operational excellence through KPI management, process optimization, and performance improvement initiatives. Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development efforts across the organization. Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, regulatory, and workplace safety standards. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability while maintaining exceptional product quality. Support capital projects, facility improvements, and future expansion initiatives.
