Overview
Join our team as a Cabinet Assembler and become a vital part of creating high-quality, custom cabinetry that transforms spaces! You will be responsible for assembling RTA cabinets with precision and care. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Primary Role: Summary of roles and responsibilities of Assmebler:

1. Primary focus and objectives are to help out in our assembly shop by:

a. Quoting new assemblies.

b. Coordinate receiving and delivery of all assembly shipments with CWS, Customer and/or 3party transportation companies.

c. Assemble Cabinets and accessories

d. Executing time and cost-saving initiatives

e. Collaborating with each department/company to improve the process and experience.

f. Gain a working knowledge of Hubspot, creating, and moving deals/tickets including processing Shop replacements.

g. Work within the Hubspot CRM to enter and track customer information as it pertains to quotes or tickets you have created.

h. Working with the President, or his assignee, to develop and implement new strategic initiatives.

i. Process all service and replacement tickets through our Suppliers for the Shop at Rock Creek.

j. Works directly with Administration to make, compile, and quote assembly customers.
