A Nightingale Community in Crossett is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Director to oversee all building, grounds, and equipment maintenance for our Skilled Nursing Facility. As a dependable leader, you will take pride in keeping our facility safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all maintenance operations for the facility, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance

• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and equipment

• Ensure the building, grounds, and resident areas remain clean, safe, and fully operational

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff (if applicable)

• Manage work orders, vendor relationships, and service contracts

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and life-safety regulations

• Participate in facility inspections, surveys, and emergency preparedness planning

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

What You Need

• Maintenance experience required

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or healthcare maintenance experience strongly preferred

• Solid knowledge of building systems, safety codes, and preventative maintenance

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
