Job Description Regional Leader - Multi-Unit Retail Operations Lead Leaders. Drive Results. Own the Region.
Are you a proven multi-unit leader who thrives on developing teams, driving performance, and delivering results? We're looking for a Regional Manager to oversee a large portfolio of stores, lead District Managers, and drive operational excellence across an entire region.
What You'll Do
Own regional P&L performance
Lead, coach, and develop District Managers
Drive sales, profitability, labor efficiency, and operational execution
Analyze business metrics and take action to improve results
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences across all locations
Lead field operations, store visits, and performance improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
5+ years leading multiple retail, convenience, restaurant, grocery, or similar locations
Proven success developing leaders and managing large teams
Strong financial and operational acumen with multi-unit P&L responsibility
Data-driven, accountable, and highly effective in the field
Ability to influence, coach, and drive performance
