In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to ensure your success. You will work closely with a team to perform daily tasks within the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and moving materials to and from the production line.

• Gathering finished products and ensuring quality.

• Continuous training and understanding of the manufacturing process.

• Monitoring machine operations.

Essential Skills

• Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

• Experience working a 2nd or 3rd shift.

• Ability to be a team player with strong collaboration skills.

• High School Diploma.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working off a work order.

• Experience in any type of industrial environment.

• Machine operating experience can lead to higher pay rates and positions.

Work Environment

The position is available for 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) and 3rd shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am), with respective differentials. The environment is collaborative, working in groups of 3-4 experienced individuals. Compensation varies based on position and shift, with utility helper base at $17.53, and assistant operator base at $19.52, with higher rates for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holyoke, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.93 - $19.53/hr.
