Up to $5000 Sign-on Bonus

Key Responsibilities of an HVAC Service Technician:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration systems to identify performance issues

- Present repair, replacement, and maintenance options to customers with clear and transparent pricing

- Perform repairs, installations, and routine maintenance efficiently and safely

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional service and clear communication

- Maintain accurate documentation of service work and collect payments upon job completion

Skills and Qualifications of an HVAC Service Technician:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role

- Universal 608 EPA Certification

- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, electrical components, and refrigerant handling

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently
