What You'll Do: Work directly with a senior litigation Paralegal to support high-stakes personal injury cases throughout the litigation process. Assist Paralegals manage attorney calendars, coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial schedules. Help prepare and organize case files, exhibits, correspondence, and litigation documents. Learn how to file pleadings and other documents through court e-portals while ensuring deadlines are met. Learn the process of Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, medical providers, opposing counsel, and court personnel. What We're Looking For: Prior experience as a Litigation Assistant or Legal Assistant is a plus Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A proactive problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail who takes ownership of their work.
