Industrial Maintenance Technician 1st Shift

Location: Kenosha / Pleasant Prairie, WI

Pay: $30$42 per hour, based on experience

Employment: Direct hire

Schedule: 1st shift; 12-hour day schedules may be available

Were hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving mechanical and electrical problems, and working with a production team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Assist with equipment installation, adjustments, and improvements.
• Document repairs and follow safe work practices, including lockout/tagout.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and equipment drawings.
• Experience troubleshooting motors, sensors, drives, and mechanical components.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Pleasant Prairie, WI.

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
