Director of Venue Operations Live Racing Leader

Churchill Downs

Churchill Downs Racetrack is seeking a Director of Venue Operations to lead cross-functional race day operations and oversee the Facility Operations Center. You will coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure safety, hospitality, and service excellence for 83–85 live race days annually. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training materials, and vendor relationships, while driving cost controls and revenue opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
