The Position

• Contract Type: Seasonal CDD

• Start Date: November 2026

• Location: Val d'Isre

• Salary Range: 2300.00 - 2400.00 gross (+ night shift premium)

Main Duties

As a member of the Reception team and under the supervision of the Front of House Manager, the Guest Experience Coordinator rotating ensures the reception of guests, the management of their stay, and the quality of their experience throughout their presence in the establishment. They participate in the daily operations of the reception, the coordination with the services, and ensure the respect of quality and safety standards.

The Guest Experience Coordinator intervenes on different shifts: 3 days and 2 nights per week replacing the Night Auditor.

Guest Welcome and Stay Experience

• Ensure a warm and personalized welcome of guests and their accompaniment throughout the stay.

• Perform check-ins, check-outs, room accompaniment, and tours of the hotel and rooms.

• Maintain and exploit the client cardex to ensure personalized and continuous follow-up.

• Promote the hotel's services and encourage additional sales (upselling).

Reception Coordination and Operations

• Participate in the preparation of arrivals and in all daily operations of the Reception.

• Manage the telephone switchboard and transfer calls to the concerned services.

• Ensure the interface between the Reception and the other services of the hotel and chalets.

Administrative and Financial Management

• Manage the cash register, cash handling, daily invoicing, and payments.

• Ensure the closure of daily operations and perform billing controls.

Guest Follow-Up, Quality, and Safety

• Report incidents and guest comments to the Reception Manager and ensure their follow-up.

• Ensure the safety of guests and property during the stay.

• Respect and apply the quality standards of the establishment, notably LQA and Forbes.

Profile Sought

• First successful experience in a similar position in luxury hospitality

• Proficiency in French and English, knowledge of a third language is a plus

• Smile, kindness, and excellent organizational skills

• Autonomy and team spirit, with administrative rigor, listening skills, and a strong capacity for adaptation in all circumstances

• Tolerance to night work
