We strive to build customers for life by getting involved in the community around us and investing in our youth through Jaws Youth Playbook, our 501(c)(3) non-profit charity.So, whether you love golf, delicious food, or weddings, apply below to use your talent and skills to bring smiles to our guest’s faces.What We Offer:Opportunities for Growth within the OrganizationEmployee Golf PrivilegesChef Prepared Shift Meals at No Cost to EmployeesOngoing Country Club/Hospitality Training and ExperienceEmployee DiscountsResponsibilities:Oversee daily golf operations, managing a talented team including the Director of Golf, Sales Team, and F&B Managers.Drive membership sales with goal-setting, strategy, and excellent member relations.Maintain and expand the customer base by addressing concerns and fostering a positive environment.Ensure open communication through daily club walk-throughs and routine inspections of operations.Collaborate with the General Manager on budget creation, revenue analysis, and expense forecasting.Develop Food and Beverage knowledge, overseeing outside F&B, Tavern, and Catering facilities.Implement revenue-generating strategies and assist in managing the reservation system.Plan and coordinate special events, aligning with the financial goals of the club.Assume General Manager responsibilities in their absence.Support Ron Jaworski Golf initiatives and programs as directed.Qualifications:3-5 years of related Golf and/or F&B Operations Management experience.Proven ability to manage P&L's and budgets.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.Strong business aptitude and service orientation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, efficient, and detail oriented.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Working Conditions:Ability to lift/handle up to 30 lbs occasionally.Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays during the golf season.Physical activity including standing, walking, and bending.Moderate exposure to various weather conditions.If you're passionate about golf, hospitality, and driving success, join us in creating memorable experiences at Ramblewood Country Club!
