Job Title: Amazon Marketplace Specialist (Onsite) Location: Inglewood, CA (Onsite, 5 days/week) Salary: 70K yearly Key Responsibilities Create and maintain Amazon product listings in compliance with Amazon policies and best practices Process and manage merchant orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Respond to customer inquiries via Amazon and support email channels Monitor and address customer feedback, including removing non‑compliant negative reviews Track and prevent unauthorized sellers or competitors from attaching to listings Manage SKU performance, monitor inventory levels, and update listings as needed based on sales trends and alerts Review Amazon account health dashboard, notifications, and policy updates regularly Ensure inventory accuracy across Merchant Fulfilled and FBA stock Maintain overall listing quality, content accuracy, and operational efficiency Qualifications 1–2 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central Hands‑on experience creating listings, managing orders, and responding to customers Strong attention to detail and ability to follow platform rules and processes Ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines (especially customer response SLAs) Comfortable working onsite full‑time with an early schedule (7:00 AM start) Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with computer hardware or related product categories Familiarity with Amazon policies around listings, feedback removal, and account health Experience managing both Merchant Fulfilled and FBA inventory Benefits Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
