Schedule & Hours (Flexible) We are flexible with scheduling for the right candidate. This role can be structured as either Part-Time or Full-Time . If you are seeking Full-Time work, we are happy to offer that after a brief part-time trial period to ensure the role is a great mutual fit. Please let us know your ideal weekly hours when applying.

The Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Packing & Shipping Associate. Reporting directly to the Operations Coordinator, this is the perfect role for someone who enjoys focused, independent, "heads-down" work and takes pride in accuracy. You will be the final touchpoint before our products reach our customers, making your work vital to our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Carefully and securely pack items into protective bags, sleeves, and final shipping boxes.
Accurately and beautifully hand-number Certificates of Authenticity (COAs) to accompany our products.
Process daily shipments, print accurate shipping labels, and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
Perform a final visual check on all items and packaging to ensure they meet our order standards before they leave the facility.
Keep the packing station clean, organized, and adequately stocked with shipping supplies.

Requirements & Qualifications
Exceptional Handwriting: Neat, legible, and consistent penmanship is an absolute requirement for numbering our certificates.
Extreme Attention to Detail: You double-check your work, catch small discrepancies, and rarely let mistakes slip through the cracks.
Focus-Driven: You thrive in an environment where you can put your head down, get into a steady rhythm, and execute repetitive tasks with excellence.
Dependable: You are punctual, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
Physical Ability: Must be comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods and able to lift standard outgoing shipping boxes (up to 30 lbs).
