In this on-site role, you will operate dish machines and sinks to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware, keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll maintain a clean, safe dish room, manage trash and recycling, and restock clean items for service. Following strict safety and food sanitation standards, you’ll work closely with kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
