Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

• 1st Shift: $15.50/hr (7am - 3pm)
• 2nd Shift: $16.50/hr (3pm - 11pm)
• 3rd Shift: $17.00/hr (11pm - 7am)
• Mandatory overtime as needed

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Start and operate production equipment safely and efficiently, reporting to the Production Supervisor
• Train new team members on safety rules and operational procedures
• Conduct in-process quality checks to maintain standards
• Perform basic equipment operations and manual tasks to keep production running smoothly
• Assist with line changeovers and basic troubleshooting during production

Requirements for Success:

• High school diploma and 2 years’ related experience or training in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Basic math skills (multiplication, division, subtraction, addition)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as formulas, specifications, safety rules, and procedure manuals
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
