Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
- 1st Shift: $15.50/hr (7am - 3pm)
- 2nd Shift: $16.50/hr (3pm - 11pm)
- 3rd Shift: $17.00/hr (11pm - 7am)
- Mandatory overtime as needed

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Start and operate production equipment safely and efficiently, reporting to the Production Supervisor
- Train new team members on safety rules and operational procedures
- Conduct in-process quality checks to maintain standards
- Perform basic equipment operations and manual tasks to keep production running smoothly
- Assist with line changeovers and basic troubleshooting during production
Requirements for Success:
- High school diploma and 2 years’ related experience or training in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Basic math skills (multiplication, division, subtraction, addition)
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as formulas, specifications, safety rules, and procedure manuals
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
