Ambulatory RN - Outpatient Wound Clinic Schedule This position offers a schedule of 4-10 hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient wound clinic. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to patients with various wound needs and requires specialized knowledge in wound management. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders. Educate patients and families on wound care and management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Valid RN license in the state of practice. Experience in outpatient settings or wound care is preferred.
