This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced Special Education Teacher able to take on a dual role that includes Director responsibilities. Key Qualifications:

• Current Arizona Special Education Certification required
• Active IVP (Identity Verified Prints) fingerprint clearance card
• Proven experience managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and case management
• Previous experience as a Special Education Director strongly preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a sizeable caseload through effective scheduling and student grouping
• Self-starter with a professional and collaborative approach

Primary Duties:

• Provide services in a resource setting for students in grades K–8, utilizing both push-in and pull-out models
• Manage a caseload of approximately 30–35 students with IEPs, ensuring progress monitoring and regular reporting on goals
• Write and lead IEP meetings, engaging families and staff in the process
• Deliver ongoing support across grade levels; assist with screening and evaluation of new students as needed
• Take on leadership with responsibilities as both Special Education Teacher and Director, aligning team strategies and resources for maximum student success
